Single user modules for Sage 50 start from £500 plus Vat.

Additional users are normally £250 plus Vat each

Attractive Price Points Ensure Rapid Return on Investment

We have kept our prices low to ensure that they are highly attractive to business with the most testing of budgets and this clearly also enables a rapid return on your investment.

The differential between selecting Workplace Suite over others becomes even more marked when you compare it to moving to products like Sage 200. Moving to Sage 200 for example could involve many extra costs over and above the software costs. These could be for new hardware, company wide implementation, data migration, system configuration and of course training for everyone as it would be a completely new system. This could add £10,000's to the final figure.

If your Sage 50 runs OK, WS will run very well without the need of new hardware.

Sage 200 is a fine product, we are developers of and highly recommend it under the proper circumstances.


Are You Purchasing or Renting?

You are purchasing a "licence to use", this is not a rental.

We do offer a "Software as a Service" (rental) licence that is simply paid monthly. Your team could be up and running being more efficient and highly effective for a simple low monthly charge (with no silly long contracts to worry about either). Please contact us if you would like more details.



Telephone support agreements are availabe normally through your reseller but we do offer direct support services to those who prefer this. These start from £20 plus Vat per month. The support also includes fixes for your version and reduced cost upgrades should you require them. If you upgrade your Sage version you will need to upgrade your WS version.


Support Extra

Support Extra Scheme (in summary) again normally provided through your reseller, but also available directly if required, includes telephone support, software version updates and upgrades from one version to another.

Prices start from £25 plus Vat per month.



Installation of Workplace Suite is simple and quick. Installation will normally be provided as an optional service by your reseller which will also include setting up the application and Sage integration options. Where requested we do also offer to provide this service on site or by using Remote Access.

Once the initial installation and setup has been completed most business users will find WS a complete breeze to roll out onto additional workstations.


Onsite Services

Full on-site installation, implementation and training services are available at very competitive rates from our reseller community or directly from us.


Payment Methods

We do accept cheques but most customers now prefer to use simple online bank transfers
